When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders Monday–Friday. (AEST/AEDT).
Most orders ship within 2 business days. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow up to 1 business day for tracking updates.

How will my order be delivered?
All orders are delivered without requiring a signature and may be left in a safe place at the delivery address provided.

Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
Rustic Lotus is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
